Fog Harvesting

ARO uses Fog Harvesting Water Stations  for small scale public water sources. They collects droplets of Pacific fog using fine-mesh nylon nets, which form larger drops. These drops then run down into a funnel leading into a tank that supplies the water fountain. This system provides clean water to the public throughout the city. They  are also connected to the main water grid in case of a shortage in fog so that they can still distribute water. It can also put any excess water back into the main grid.

While this water source supplies water on a small scale to the public, it helps to supply water in government buildings and schools.
